(current copy is w.i.p) Located far above the surface of Vielume, Citadel Viesen spans the length between two mountain peaks. A great city built upon a bridge that arches its way across the sky, it is surely the grandest of the six Citadels. The sounds of hammers can be heard ringing from the bridge and bouncing down the mountainside to the valleys below. Every metal known to the realm is forged and distributed from Vielume. This Citadel is home to the Cosmic Academy and Halls of Antiquity, the two greatest institutions of knowledge known to Risen. Nestled within the opposing mountain peaks, the Academy and Halls awe guests by the sheer magnitude of their architecture. The people of Viesen are bright, well educated, and curious about the realm. They invent, create, and improve upon technologies under the careful guidance of the intellectual institutions that flank them.
