Frey hails from the green hills of Citadel Leebin, the northern most city in Risen. He was born to a family of prominent craftsmen, and is the youngest of four brothers.

 

He's a veteran of the recent outcast war, of which he fought in as a youth. During his service, his talent as a sharp shooter became renown among the militia. Though he lacked a connection to the river, his skill in wielding enchanted rifles proved unrivaled among his peers.

 

After the war, he was solicited by multiple patrons, but instead choose to swear an oath to the Knights of the Rail. For the last ten years he was Brick's first squire, but after swearing new oaths, has been recently knighted.
