Jagged cracks run deep into the earth, some even pouring down into the undercroft below. The land of Rilume is a silent one, little else but bitter winds and the cracking of ice can be heard echoing in the distance. Even in daylight this land feels dark, only illuminated once the moon looms large during the frozen nights. polar bears, penguins & seals populate its icy shores, but little survives inland upon the Ghost Flats. True to its name, wraiths, spirits, and elementals of frost linger on those plains, stealing the souls of those foolish enough to travel across them
